Authentic Expression in Trans & Non-Binary Employees
The goal of this project is to investigate experiences of authenticity for trans and non-binary (TNB) employees. The intent is to determine the conditions under which TNB employees can achieve the benefits of authenticity, including psychological safety and social support, utilizing experience sampling methodology (ESM) to determine daily fluctuations.
