De-Escalation Training

Despite ongoing activism, racialized police violence persists, heightening tensions between law enforcement and the communities they serve One widely endorsed reform effort is de-escalation training, yet debates remain over its effectiveness and implementation. The current project presents an integrated systematic review and meta-analysis to evaluate the efficacy of de-escalation training across fields. We aim to offer an evidence-based framework to improve policing interventions.
